By accessing or using Compyfy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.

Description of Service

Compyfy provides commercial real estate data, analytics, and research tools. We do not provide investment advice, broker-dealer services, or real estate agency services. All data and analysis provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Data Usage & Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, commercial real estate data is inherently variable. You acknowledge that:

• All data is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness
• You will independently verify critical data points before making decisions
• Market conditions change rapidly and historical data may not predict future performance
• We are not liable for decisions made based on Platform data

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical failures or service outages
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, spider, or systematically collect data outside of provided APIs
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute Platform data without written permission
• Interfere with other users' access to the Platform

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, and trademarks are the property of Thoughtful App Co. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but you may retain exported data subject to our data retention policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoughtful App Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
